Food Chemistry

The CF Consultants have over 20 yrs of experience in food compliance related to chemistry, adulterants, contaminants, impurities and residues.

We advise on sampling plans, on testing requirements for importing food to Australia, and mediate disputes of laboratory test results between sellers and buyers using statistical evalutaion of metrological data following WHO/FAO Dispute Resolution Gudelines. We assist with chemistry of dairy ingredients, including of A1-Free Category.
CF have developed several Infant Formula mixing schedules of dry and integrated process for Australian, Chinese and Indian National Food Standards.
