We will be attending the Fine Food Australia show at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre from 12th to 15th of September 2016. This is the largest Australian trade exhibition for the food ingredient, processing and retail industries. This year event attracted over 900 companies from 45 countries to present they innovations and food highlights. On the 14th of September it will be a seminar on the geographic identification (GI) of foods presented by the delegation of the European Union to Australia. The GI is one of the areas of the Chemistry First interests.
